Consultation requests are delivered using Resend, an email-delivery provider. Resend processes the information needed to transmit the message to OmniReach Technologies. We do not authorize service providers to use consultation details for unrelated marketing on our behalf.
Data retention
Consultation communications are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate or respond to the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Retention may vary with the nature of the enquiry.
Rate-limit records are temporary and held in application memory. Standard infrastructure records may be retained for limited operational and security purposes according to the configuration of the hosting environment.
